BMR Floor Grinding Robot 850M
The BMR Floor Grinding Robot 850M is the integrated-dust-collection model in BrightMaster Robotics' 850-series autonomous concrete grinding platform. It removes surface laitance from concrete and prepares floors for epoxy coatings, sealed hardeners, emery sealed hardeners, epoxy terrazzo, inorganic terrazzo and terrazzo systems across underground parking garages, factory workshops, warehouses, laboratories, sports venues and commercial buildings.
The 850M uses LiDAR scanning to identify walls, columns and surrounding structures, then performs intelligent path planning, real-time positioning, autonomous navigation and fully automatic grinding. Its 850 ± 50 mm working width, 18.5 kW grinding power and 400-2000 rpm planetary disc are designed for large-area surface preparation, while the integrated 2.4 kW dust collection system helps capture grinding dust at the source.
850M model overview
The 850M is the heavier, full-featured version of the BMR floor grinding robot. It weighs 754 kg and measures 2030 x 915 x 1275 mm. Compared with the 850S, it adds integrated 2.4 kW dust collection while preserving the shared autonomous navigation platform, 380 VAC three-phase five-wire power input, 48 V / 30 Ah traction battery, 9 km operating range, 0.5 m/s travel speed, 15 degree climbing capability and 5 cm positioning accuracy.
